Three-Layer ABA PP-R Pipe extrusion line with precise dosing unit are ready for delivery.
The material PP-R according to its outstanding physical characters are widely used for hot and cool water supply pipes. With the ABA pipe material structure the glass fiber will be added in the middle layer. So that the strength of the pipe can be enhanced. For a evenly distribution of the pipe wall, we have adopted the precise gravity dosing unit. The system controls the material dosing according to the haul off unit and rotation speed of the screw of the extruder.
The complete production parameter were set by our engineer and ready for working in the customer's factory.
