The crushed
material will be transported to the hopper of the pelletizing extruder. The
output of the crusher and the production capacity could be reconciled with the
storage space and the loading speed. The programmed spiral loader is designed
under this consideration to ensure a stable running of the complete line.

The strand pelletizing system is widely applied because of its stable running and cost-effective pelletizing. According to our experience, since the year 2021 we have improved some of our strand pelletizing design points. So that the pelletizing system can have a better condition for maintenance.
